Giving Back

  Editate has been serving the community for a while, and now it's time to give back. Every since I was young, I had always loved to learn. I was lucky to have access to all the things I needed to explore the pathways I could take and get the education I wanted. Unfortunately, not every kid has the same opportunity that I did. This lack of resources and substandard education system can make it hard for these students to pursure their passions. That's why I'm exited to share that Editate will be supporting the Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation Fund. This nonprofit is dedicated to improving education for all students, and we're putting 10% of our profits to towards this foundation to help make a difference. Our donations will be directed towards the Audio, Visual, Television, and Film (AVTF) program. How Does Editate Work?

  Editate is a video editing service that provides our customers with top quality videos. If you're interested, you might want to know a thing or two on how our business actually functions. Here, I have written a short list of frequently asked questions to clear any confusion. "How much do you charge?" For our business, we charge $12.50 per hour. Compared to many other video editors out there, this is a relatively low price. "How do I send my videos to Editate?" Our business is equipped with a state-of-the-art technology known as "Google Forms" that allows our customers to upload their raw footage into a dropbox provided on the Editate website. Editate has existed as a business for almost one year, and every business that exists has to have started with a business launch. In this article, I will talk about how the origins of the business, inspiration behind Editate, launch strategies, and preparation - everything an article needs to cover about a business launch. Around early January of 2024, my freshman year of high school, I was in an entrepreneurship course (and still am), and we were given the task of developing our own business. We were asked to brainstorm ideas for our business first, and then select the best idea out of all of them to develop.
